So the other day we were looking for a cheap way to spend the day....
we went to the grocery store and got boxes of candy for a dollar and gatorade for everyone to split! then we drove to the train station and took the public transportation train down to Charlotte for a ride! almost like the subway except above the ground...
The kids had a blast!

Renee, I can't believe how big your kids are--and that you now have 6!!!! I think I read somewhere that Little John was 5'6" -- that's crazy!!! He's taller than me now...I can't beleive it!Wasn't he only like 4 years old when you first moved to PA? Wow! How time flies! He sure has his hands full with 5 little sisters! It was so fun to "catch up" by looking at your pictures! :) - Aimee Roe
